i'm slowly catching up on posting new episodes of "From Richard's Heart." Between work, life, server problems, etc. posting new episodes has proved at best very difficult.

i'm still working on the form handlers for our "contact us" forms. Hopefully i can write something that won't be too easy for the spam-bots and email harvesters to hack.
